As an Institute for Exceptional Human Functioning, our teaching engages traditional methods with a research-based approach.
- Teachers, called "Sensei", teach with an emphasis towards self-awareness, respect for the process and keen curiosity towards artistic integrity and individual growth.
- While classes may be taken independently, the entirety of our offerings contribute to a greater context of learning. Concepts are shared between the styles, while Sensei strive to draw connections from one technique to another for holistic discovery.
- The methods we teach are certified programs. We teach from sources all over the world. Each style of movement offers within itself a profound understanding. All movement lives in one body- YOUR CHILD'S!
